4th of July Chocolate Strawberries
Decorating ideas

My 4th of July chocolate strawberries page is all about decorating ideas for your chocolate dipped strawberries.
Red, white and blue - stars and stripes.
You have learnt how to make chocolate covered strawberries so now it's only up to your imagination to come up with decorating ideas.
If you have not or if you have questions head to my how to make chocolate strawberries page. I hope my 4th of July strawberry photographs will help. Lets face it everyone loves chocolate strawberries so there must be decorating ideas for every occasion.
I have used the colours red, white and blue and stars and stripes to add a bit of fun to the day.
Some of the strawberries have been dipped in dark chocolate the others white chocolate.
I coloured melted white chocolate with red and blue powdered chocolate colours. The stars were cut out of ready to roll fondant which I coloured red and blue with wilton paste colours. I then left the stars to dry on a lightly dusted (with cornflour) board.
On some of them I have let the dip marks create the stripes and others I have piped them on. The stars have been lightly pressed into position.
You could also use red, white and blue cake sprinkles. They come in little stars, spots or bars. You will need to sprinkle them over the strawberries before the chocolate sets.
