My chocolate cake recipes
make delicious bases for any decorated cakes. At this link you will find recipes for my dark chocolate cake and white chocolate cake both of which I use as my special occasion cake recipe base.
All my cake decorating designs have either dark chocolate or white chocolate ganache layers and coating underneath the rolled fondant. You can find both the ganache recipes in my fillings and frosting pages.

Inspired By Michelle Cake Decorating Designs Testamonial Just the other day I was presented with a cake as a token of thanks from Michelle. This cake was amazing. As I have a passion for any airplane and aircraft she created a beautiful cake masterpiece with a kite flying over the top of it (tail, ribbon bows and all). The fondant covering the cake was sky blue, the board on which the cake was made was grass green and the kite itself was blue, green, red and yellow. Inside the cake was a dark (1 kilo of chocolate) layered, smooth, creamy chocolate sensation. Trying & tasting is believing. (Geoff) |

Inspired By Michelle Cake Decorating Designs Testamonial I received a Mother's Day cake made by Michelle from Inspired by Michelle, as a surprise from my family. It was a yummy, chocolate mud cake covered with chocolate ganache and fondant with a beautiful, hand-made magnolia as a decoration. All the family voted it as the best cake they had tasted!!!!!!!!!!
