Easy Chocolate Cake Icing
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 .....
The simplicity of this chocolate cake icing is wonderful. There is no need for an electric mixer you just use a bowl and a wooden spoon - easy!
There is not a lot more I can say about this chocolate icing except that it is delicious, quick to make and spreads easily.
Oh, I thought I would also mention that this easy icing recipe is often called a chocolate glace icing.

Chocolate Cake Icing Recipe
Ingredients.
1 1/2 cups (240g) icing sugar, sifted1/4 cup (25g) cocoa powder, sifted
50g butter, melted
2 tablespoons (40ml) milk
Method.
- Place all ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl.
- Using a wooden spoon beat together until completely combined.
- Beat for 1 minute. I did say it was as easy as 1, 2, 3!
This recipe will give you enough icing to top one 20cm (8") cake.
