How to Cover a Fondant Cake to get Sharp Edges

In this video tutorial I show you the answer to the question I get asked most often about cake decorating: "how do you get your smooth, sharp edges on your fondant cakes?"
I believe the answer is in a combination of things. I use chocolate ganache under every fondant cake and I think it's the consistency of the ganache; how I use the ganache; and the way I use 2 cake smoothers to get the sharp edge on the fondant covering.
