| This chocolate wedding cake is decorated without fondant icing just the chocolate ganache and chocolate truffles. Actually for this cake and the truffles I made dark chocolate honey ganache which really was very delicious. I also made fondant magnolias to match the chocolate theme. | This two tier wedding cake was made for an Australian autumn wedding in the blue mountains. Gum nuts and gum leaves were used on the invitations. The red was actually a more rust/bronze red than what this picture shows. | A succulent wedding cake is really a very practical and unusual cake idea. The succulents stay fresh easily and I have even seen them a button hole flowers for the bridal party which looked spectacular. There is silver shimmer detail and diamante in the centre of the succulent/cactus. |
